Tenant Finish-OutCabling and network buildouts for new leases, remodels and relocations
Move In With Your Network Ready on Day One
A new lease or remodel comes with a hard deadline: the day your team moves in. Phones, internet, Wi-Fi and every workstation depend on low-voltage cabling that has to be planned before walls close and installed in step with the rest of construction.
Infinity Networks handles the technology side of tenant finish-outs across Dallas-Fort Worth. We work from your floor plans, coordinate with your general contractor, landlord and IT provider, and deliver a tested, labeled and documented network that is ready for your equipment.
- New construction, remodels and retrofits
- Coordinated with your GC and IT team
- Server rooms built and documented
What We Deliver
Everything your space needs to be network-ready by move-in.
Design From Floor Plans
Drop counts and locations, telecom room layout and cable pathways planned from your architectural drawings.
Data & Voice Cabling
Cat6 and Cat6A cabling to workstations, phones, printers, conference rooms and other network devices.
Wireless Access Point Cabling
Cabling and mounting locations for wireless access points, planned for reliable coverage across your space.
Server Room (MDF/IDF) Buildout
Racks, patch panels, cable management and grounding installed for an organized, scalable telecom room.
Circuit Extensions
Extending carrier internet and phone circuits from the building’s demarcation point to your suite.
Project Management
A single point of contact who coordinates with your general contractor and trades to keep the schedule on track.
How We Work With Your Construction Team
Cabling is most efficient, and least expensive, when it is planned into construction rather than added after. We sequence our work with the rest of the trades so your space is ready when you are.
Pre-construction
We review drawings, confirm drop counts, identify pathways and provide a proposal with a schedule tied to your move-in date.
Rough-in
Pathways and backboxes are installed and cable is pulled in sequence with framing and electrical work.
Trim-out
Cables are terminated, faceplates and patch panels installed, and the telecom room is built out.
Turnover
Every link is tested and labeled, documentation is delivered, and we coordinate with your IT provider and carrier for equipment installation.
How We Work
One accountable team from planning to final documentation.
Plan
Review floor plans and requirements with you, your GC and your IT provider.
Rough-in
Install pathways and pull cable alongside framing and electrical.
Terminate & Build
Terminate cabling and build out the server room and telecom spaces.
Test & Turn Over
Test, label and document every link, then hand off a network ready for your equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about tenant finish-out.
As early as possible, ideally while floor plans are being finalized. Cabling rough-in happens before walls close, alongside electrical work, so planning early avoids change orders, rework and delays to your move-in date.
Yes. We can work as a subcontractor to your general contractor or directly for you as the tenant. Either way, we coordinate our schedule with the other trades and keep everyone updated.
Internet and phone carriers deliver service to the building’s main demarcation point, usually a ground-floor telecom room. A circuit extension carries that connection from the demarcation point to your suite. Most tenants in multi-tenant buildings need one, and carriers often do not include it in their installation.
Sometimes. We inspect and test existing cabling and tell you what is worth keeping. Older, damaged or undocumented cabling is usually more expensive to troubleshoot than to replace, especially before the space is occupied.
A tested and labeled cabling system, an organized server room, and as-built documentation showing where every cable runs. That documentation makes future moves and troubleshooting far easier.
Yes. Our national vendor network lets us manage tenant buildouts in most cities across the U.S., which is ideal for companies opening multiple locations.
